It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the official website of DESH Education Group. For more than two decades, DESH has been working with a commitment to developing skilled human resources and creating meaningful opportunities for education, employment and entrepreneurship.
Our journey began with a vision to contribute to the socio-economic development of disadvantaged and underprivileged communities through quality education and skills development. Today, our initiatives have expanded across technical education, vocational skills training, digital skills, entrepreneurship development and employment support.
At DESH, we believe that skills are the foundation of self-reliance and sustainable development. Therefore, our focus is not limited to classroom-based learning. We strive to provide demand-driven, competency-based training, practical learning opportunities, industry-relevant skills, career guidance and job-placement support so that our learners can successfully enter the workforce or create their own employment opportunities.
We are committed to maintaining quality, transparency, professionalism and inclusiveness in all our educational and development activities. Through collaboration with government agencies, development partners, donor organizations, industries and other stakeholders, we aim to create greater opportunities for young people—especially those who need them most.
Our vision for the future is ambitious. We want DESH to become a stronger platform for technical education, skills development, employment and entrepreneurship, contributing significantly to Bangladesh’s skilled workforce and economic growth.
